These two buildings are situated in the Garonne Valley. They are within a few hundred metres of the River Garonne and, through the poplar trees, there is a partial view of the Garonne. They are set in grounds of 5000m².

A few kilometres away is the Canal du Midi, with a marina and a restaurant - famous for featuring in Rick Stein's televised canal-boat Odyssey.
